1- Payment: You can pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or other secure online payment methods.

2- Shipping: We can ship your order Internationally, but the shipping rates may differ depending on where you live and the size of your order. Please expect your order to arrive within 48 hours.

3- Customs and duties: If your country charges any customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying them. Please keep in mind that we have no control over customs processing times or fees.

4- Returns and refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.

5- Product availability: We try our best to keep accurate inventory levels, but sometimes items may be out of stock or unavailable for shipping to certain countries. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you a refund or an alternative product.

Refund and Return Policy

At our company, we strive to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so if for any reason you’re not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from the day you received it to return it for a refund or exchange.

1- To start a return, please reach out to our friendly customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll get back to you promptly with a shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back to us.

2- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that we won’t be able to accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.

3- Once we’ve received the returned item and verified that it’s unused and in its original condition, we’ll process the refund. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping fees.

4- If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so we can either replace it or refund your money.

5- We’re sorry to say that we’re not able to offer exchanges for international orders. But don’t worry! You can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you really want.
